This all-day ride will take you east past Barela and Trinchera, where you’ll dive south to cross the border and ride up through Sugarite State Park in New Mexico before descending rugged Jeep trail down San Francisco Pass back toward Trinidad. With a mix of pavement, gravel, and two-track, this is a beast of a route that gives you almost everything the region has to offer.
